SHERIDAN, WI (WSAU) – One person is in custody, another is still at-large in a quadruple homicide in western Wisconsin.
Darren Lee McWright, also known as Darren Osborne, was arrested Wednesday night in St. Paul, Minnesota. He’s charged as being a fugitive from justice, assault, DWI, and disorderly conduct. He’s being held in the Ramsey County jail while authorities prepare charges against him for the murders of four people in Dunn County.
A second suspect has been identified as Antoine Darnique Suggs. He is thought to be in the Twin Cities, and is considered armed and dangerous. Federal authorities and law enforcement from Minnesota and Wisconsin are following leads in the case. Local law enforcement believe Suggs is no longer in Wisconsin.
Dunn County Sheriff Kevin Bygd said McWright and Suggs are believed to be responsible for killing four people: Nitosha Lee Flug-Presley, 30; Matthew Isiah Pettus, 26; Loyace Foreman III, 35; and Jasmine Christine Sturm, 30. Their bodies were found inside an SUV last weekend in a cornfield in Sheridan, about an hour from Minnesota. All of the victims died from gunshot wounds.
The circumstances surrounding the homicides are not clear.
