LVIV (Reuters) – Russia is gathering troops closer and closer to Kyiv, the Ukrainian capital’s mayor Vitali Klitschko wrote in an online post on Wednesday.
“We are preparing and will defend Kyiv!,” he added. “Kyiv stands and will stand.”
