MADISON, WI (METRO) — The Wisconsin state crime lab has reportedly destroyed the rifle Kyle Rittenhouse used in Kenosha in 2020.
Reports say the rifle was fed into a shredder on February 25th.
During court proceedings in January, Rittenhouse’s lead attorney Mark Richards said Rittenhouse didn’t want someone to buy it and turn it into a trophy.
The agreement called for the process to be recorded.
