LVIV, Ukraine (Reuters) – Rescuers were searching for survivors among the debris on Friday after two missiles hit a Ukrainian military unit on the outskirts of the city of Dnipro, causing “serious destruction”, regional governor Valentyn Reznychenko said on social media.
