BOSTON (Reuters) – Prominent proxy advisory firm Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) on Friday recommended that Aerojet Rocketdyne Holdings Inc. back CEO Eileen Drake’s eight-person slate in a bitter boardroom battle between her and the U.S. rocket maker’s executive chairman.
Chief Executive Eileen Drake and Warren Lichtenstein, the executive chairman, each proposed eight director candidates to sit on the board.
Investors will be able to determine who sits on the board at a special meeting scheduled for June 30.
