Lavrov says Russia’s relations with Arab world are on the up

MOSCOW (Reuters) – Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Wednesday that Moscow was building its relations with the Arab world following the imposition of sweeping Western sanctions against it over Ukraine.
