WAUSAU, WI (WSAU) – Employees at the 3M plant in Wausau are reportedly planning to go on strike if labor contract disputes persist.
Workers at the plant claim that their pay does not keep pace with the current rate of inflation. They also want more vacation time and a dollar-for-dollar match on 401(k) contributions.
The most recent contact offer, made last Saturday, was rejected by United Steelworkers members. Workers have been working without a contract since October.
