THORP, WI (WSAU) — Police in Thorp say they have identified a woman suspected of stealing $200 in grocery items from Kwik Trip
Security footage shows the woman shopping in the store with a basket, then walking out without paying for the items. She left the store in a blue Dodge Caliber with Wisconsin plate 1PD292. Officers noted that the vehicle didn’t have a front license plate and featured a rear trailer hitch.
The woman’s name has not been released. Police are expected to file a retail theft complaint against her.
The incident happened on Tuesday at about 5 PM.
