MADISON, WI (WSAU) – One of the Wisconsin Badgers’ top 2025 recruits has flipped to a Big Ten rival.
According to a post on X, former Badgers four-star safety verbal commit Cody Haddad has switched to his hometown Ohio State Buckeyes after receiving numerous offers from around the conference.
Haddad visited Ohio State three times this spring, including during their spring game last weekend, before committing to the program. Wisconsin will now look to versatile three-star defensive backs Jaimier Scott and Remington Moss to fill Haddad’s role in 2025, with three-star cornerback/safety Cameron Miller being predicted to commit to the Badgers in the coming weeks.
