GREEN BAY, WI (WSAU) – The Green Bay Packers have agreed to a deal with a former first-round pick offensive tackle as the team looks to rebuild their offensive line.
According to a post from the team on X, Andre Dillard, who spent last season with the Tennessee Titans and was formally with the Philadelphia Eagles, will be joining the Packers as they try to figure out what the future of their offensive line will look like in 2024.
Dillard played left tackle for the Titans in 2023 and gave up 12 sacks, 41 pressures, and five penalties in 562 snaps. Last season, he had one of the lowest grades among offensive tackles at Pro Football Focus. He was cut by the Titans in March, and with 19 starts, Dillard has participated in 59 NFL games throughout his career and has played 1,276 snaps.
The Packers have been rumored to select an offensive tackle 25th overall in next week’s NFL draft and have hosted both Oklahoma’s Tyler Guyton and Georgia’s Amarius Mims for official visits, and they may still select one of those prospects to help rebuild their line long-term.
