Wisconsin Badgers
MADISON, WI (WSAU) -The Wisconsin Badgers announced on Wednesday night that they received a commitment from one of their top 2025 offensive targets.
According to a post on X, four-star athlete Cameron Miller will play as a wide receiver for the Badgers next season, despite other programs viewing him as more of a cornerback. Miller chose the Badgers over Kentucky, Illinois, Georgia, and Michigan despite not being scheduled to visit Madison until the end of May.
“What’s not to like? It is a great school with a great campus. When I went there, it was a place that felt like home. With the coaches and the people, it was a place that is comfortable,” Miller told Badgers247 when asked about why he chose Wisconsin. Miller also praised current Badgers receiver Will Pauling and new receivers coach Kenny Guiton, saying, “(Pauling) is going to have another huge year. (Guiton) is a cool guy who knows how to develop you. He knows what it takes.”
Miller will mark Wisconsin’s first 2025 receiver commitment and their 11th commitment in the class overall, with safety/cornerback Jaimier Scott remaining their top overall recruit.
