WAUSAU, WI (WSAU) – One of the most popular shows of the year is working with a local community organization this holiday season, and tickets are going fast.
According to a press release, Symphony On The Rocks at the Grand Theater features multi-WAMI award winners Michael Bailey, Tom Bailey, and Ron Kalista of Vic Ferrari, along with the WAMI award musicians of STEEM, and will be raising money for Blue Hearts, which works to benefit future and current law enforcement families in the memory of Detective Jason Weiland.
Seventeen musicians will take the stage and bring new life to The Beatles, Rolling Stones, The Who, Imagine Dragons, and ELO, along with holiday tunes to enjoy the season on December 22nd, and tickets can be purchased online at the Grand Theater’s website.
Since Detective Weiland passed away in 2017, Blue Hearts has been “supporting local law enforcement, their families, the community they live in, and the loved ones of fallen officers nationwide,” and anyone looking to donate can do so on their website or to find opportunities to get involved.
