MADISON, WI (WSAU) – The Wisconsin Badgers have added another big-name recruit to their 2025 recruiting class as they continue to look toward seeing who will compete for starting jobs next season.
According to Badgers Wire, 2025 four-star defensive lineman Jaylen Williams has changed his commitment from Michigan to Wisconsin after he committed to the Wolverines back in June.
The four-star defensive lineman is presently ranked by 247Sports as the No. 28 defensive lineman, No. 7 recruit from the state of Illinois, and No. 279 player in the class of 2025. He joins fellow four-star linebacker, Mason Posa, defensive end Nicholas Clayton, as well as three-star defensive linemen Xavier Ukponu, Torin Pettaway, and Drayden Pavey in the Badgers’ highly-touted recruiting class, which many expect to be one of the best in the Big Ten.
