TOWN OF NORRIE, WI (WSAU) — The Marathon County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the death of a three-month-old child in the Town of Norrie as suspicious.
The call started with a report of an unresponsive child on November 20th. The victim was rushed to a local hospital, where they died two days later.
Investigators immediately determined that the death was suspicious and opened a criminal investigation. That led them to arrest a 27-year-old man just before Thanksgiving.

Names of those involved have not been released. Additionally, it’s unclear if the suspect and the victim are related.
