GREEN BAY, WI (WSAU) – The Green Bay Packers will be playing without two of their star players yet again on Thursday night.
According to ESPN’s Rob Demovsky, the Packers will be without star cornerback Jaire Alexander (knee), wide receiver Romeo Doubs (concussion), and rookie linebacker Edgerrin Cooper (hamstring ) for another week as they continue to rehab from injuries.
Alexander has been dealing with a knee injury that started in late October and got worse in the win over the Bears. He will miss his third consecutive game, but he might be able to play against the Seattle Seahawks next Sunday while Doubs will miss his second consecutive game after suffering a concussion in the win against the San Francisco 49ers.
Meanwhile, defensive lineman Levi Onwuzurike, left tackle Taylor Decker, defensive lineman DJ Reader, and defensive end Josh Paschal were all ruled out by the Lions.
