GREEN BAY, WI (WSAU) – The Green Bay Packers and Minnesota Vikings Week 17 matchup is being flexed to a new timeslot as the result could impact playoff seeding come January.
In a post on X, the league announced that the NFC North rivalry game from U.S. Bank Stadium will now be “America’s Game of the Week” on Sunday, December 29 at 3:25 p.m. CT instead of playing at noon replacing the Philadelphia Eagles and Dallas Cowboys matchup.
The Packers, who are 10-4 entering Monday, can secure a postseason berth with a victory over the Saints, while the Vikings, who are 13-2, have already secured punched their ticket to the postseason.
