EAGLE RIVER, WI (WSAU-WAOW) A small, damaged plane made an emergency landing in Eagle River Monday morning.
According to the Eagle River Police Department, Vilas Communications got a call around 10:30am from the Minneapolis Flight Center of a small, damaged airplane that needed to make a landing at the Eagle River Union Airport.
Emergency crews were dispatched to the airport to await the plane’s arrival.
Despite the loss of part of the landing gear, the plane landed safely and nobody was hurt.
