HOUSTON, TX (WSAU) — A poor shooting night led to the Milwaukee Bucks dropping a 100-97 game at Houston on Tuesday night.
The Bucks scored just 12 points in the 4th quarter. Milwaukee’s defense played well holding the Rockets to just 15 points in the final stanza.
The Bucks thought they would get three free throws late when Damian Lillard got fouled but the referees ruled the foul happened before the shot attempt. The Bucks had no timeouts remaining and couldnt challenge the ruling.
The Bucks did get the ball back and Lillard missed a long shot at the buzzer.
Giannis Antetokounmpo led the Bucks with 27 points, 10 rebounds and six assists. Lillard had 22 while Brook Lopez & AJ Green added 12 each.
Milwaukee’s four game winning streak came to an end. The Bucks, now 32-25, will host Denver on Thursday night.
