TOWN OF CARSON, WI (WSAU-WAOW) — A 68-year-old man was found dead on private property in the Portage County Town of Carson on Wednesday.
WAOW TV reports that officers were called at about 6:10 PM for a report of an unconscious man located near a parked vehicle. They’ve determined that the man likely got the vehicle stuck in the ditch, then fell over as he exited it.
It’s unclear how long the man was laying in the ditch before help arrived. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
No additional information, including the man’s name and cause of death, has been released.
