MILWAUKEE, WI (WSAU) – With the Milwaukee Brewers ranking among the top baseball venues on USA Today’s food list, fans attending a game this season will need to arrive hungry.
The list, which ranks American Family Field seventh out of ten, highlights a new hot dog option that will be available outside the box—and bun: the enchilada dog, which consists of a corn tortilla dipped in salsa roja, melted cheese, sour cream, onion, and cilantro, and the bases loaded potato dog, which consists of cheddar cheese, bacon strips, sour cream, tater tots, and green onions on top. Other popular food items that fans can sample include the smoking Gouda burger, Maxie’s Creole chicken sandwich, and birria tacos and burritos from Chucho’s, a popular eatery in Milwaukee.
Additionally, J. Leinenkugel’s Barrel Yard plans to introduce specialty flatbreads and other new items for the 2025 season.
The outlet’s top five ranked New York Mets stadium, Citi Field, as the top overall choice, Philadelphia Phillies stadium, Citizens Bank Park, in second; San Diego Padres stadium, Petco Park, third overall; Texas Rangers stadium, Globe Life Field, fourth overall; and Kansas City Royals stadium, Kauffman Stadium, ranked fifth.
