MILWAUKEE, WI (WSAU) — For the second day in a row the Milwaukee Brewers beat the Boston Red Sox in 10 innings and completed a three game sweep with a 6-5 victory on Wednesday at American Family Field.
Caleb Durbin hit a sac-fly in the 10th that won it for Milwaukee. Durbin also had a pair of hitsd and finished with three RBIs. Jackson Chourio, Issac Collins and Jake Bauers also had RBIs.
Tyler Alexander got the win in relief despite giving up an unearned run in the 10th inning.
The Brewers move back over .500 at 29-28 and will enjoy a day off before starting a three game series on Friday in Philadelphia.
