GREEN BAY, WI (WSAU) — Packers fans will have three opportunities to be among friends in opposing markets this season.
The Packers Everywhere program has arranged for three pregame pep rallies in Dallas, Arizona, and Denver this season. The events will feature door prizes, giveaways, and meet-and-greet sessions with Packers alumni and officials.
Each rally will begin at 4 PM local time. Fans are encouraged to arrive early, as space is limited at each venue and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- In Dallas, the festivities will take place on Saturday, Sept. 27, at Chicken N’ Pickle, located at 2965 State Hwy 161, Grand Prairie. Currently scheduled to appear are Packers alumni Marco Rivera and Bubba Franks.
- In Arizona, the event will take place on Saturday, Oct. 18, at Loco Patron Brewery located at 14950 N Northsight Blvd, Scottsdale. Currently scheduled to appear are Packers alumni James Jones, Nick Barnett, and Will Blackmon.
- In Denver, the rally will take place on Saturday, Dec. 13, at Wally’s Wisconsin Tavern, located at 1417 Market St., Denver. Currently scheduled to appear are Packers alumni Lynn Dickey and Paul Coffman.
Fans should note that all appearances are subject to change. More details about each event will be revealed in the weeks before the game.
Packers Training Camp opens on Wednesday, July 23rd. The team will hold seven public practices before the Family Night scrimmage on August 2nd. The preseason begins at home against the New York Jets one week later, Saturday, August 8th.
The regular season begins September 7th at home against Detroit in a late afternoon game on CBS.
