NEILLSVILLE, WI (WSAU) — A Neillsville man has been charged with homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle after a UTV accident that killed a passenger last weekend.

Sawasky was also injured in the crash. The 56-year-old told officers he had two drinks before driving.
Court records show he is being held on a $1,000 signature bond. No future court action has been scheduled as of Wednesday evening.
If found guilty, he faces up to 25 years in prison and up to $100,000 in fines.
