KANSAS CITY, MO (WSAU) — The Wisconsin volleyball team dropped a five-set match to #1 seeded Kentucky in the NCAA semi-finals on Thursday night.
The scores were 25-12, 22-25, 25-21, 24-26 and 13-15.
The Badgers rolled to a first set win but too many mistakes doomed them including six service errors in set number two.
Mimi Colyer had 32 kills and Carter Booth had a career-high 21 and a team-high six blocks.
The Badgers finished the sesaon with a record of 28-5. It was it’s fifth Final Four trip in the last seven years.
