Green Bay Packers
CHICAGO, IL (WSAU) – The Packers jumped out to a 21-3 halftime lead, but didn’t survive a Bears comeback in the second half. Green Bay’s season ended with a 31-27 loss in the wildcard round of the NFL playoffs.
The Bears scored 15 unanswered points late in the game, and took the lead for good on DJ Moore’s 25-yard touchdown catch.
The Packers, down by four with 1 time out remaining, drove the ball to the 28-yard-line before the drive stalled out.
The Packers ended the season with 5-straight losses. The Bears, who will have another home playoff game next weekend, won 2 of their 3 meetings against the Packers this season.
2026 is the final year for coach Matt LaFleur’s contract. An off-season extension will be discussed in the next few weeks.
