WAUPACA, WI (WSAU-WAOW) — A Kronenwetter man is suspected of trying to meet an underage girl for sex.
WAOW TV reports Dylan Tyler Reynolds was arrested in Waupaca last weekend. Officers say he was communicating with an undercover agent posing as a 14-year-old girl on a social media app.
The 25-year-old was taken into custody after the officer arranged a meeting in Waupaca.
Reynolds faces a charge of using a computer to facilitate a child sex crime, punishable by up to 40 years in the state prison system. He is being held at the Waupaca County Jail on a $5,000 cash bond. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Thursday, February 5th.
Additional charges may be filed as the investigation continues.
