Wisconsin Lottery
ROTHSCHILD, WI (WSAU) — A Badger 5 lottery ticket sold at the R Store on County Road XX in Rothschild is worth $167,000.
It’s the third time in two weeks that someone has won the jackpot in the Wisconsin-only lottery game, matching all five numbers for Monday’s drawing: 8-11-15-21-23.
The winner has until September 5th to claim their prize. Whoever has the winning ticket should sign the back of it immediately and contact the Wisconsin Lottery for further instructions.
The R Store will receive a bounty of just over $3,300 for selling the winning ticket. Lottery officials note that the jackpot is the largest prize ever won at the store, which has been a lottery retailer since 2020.
