GREEN BAY, WI (WSAU) – The Green Bay Packers are adding another player to their defensive line platoon.
According to the team’s transaction wire, the Packers have claimed former Vikings rookie pass rusher Arden Walker off waivers as the team looks to add extra depth to their new-look defense.
Walker, who went undrafted this fall after starting 11 games for Deion Sanders at Colorado last season, is expected to get a lot of reps during practice this week as fellow rookie Dani Dennis-Sutton continues to deal with an illness and Nyjalik Kelly rehabs from an ankle injury.
