PLAINFIELD, WI (WSAU) — A settlement has been reached in a civil wrongful death lawsuit related to the death of a young girl struck by a vehicle while waiting to get on a school bus in Waushara County.
6-year-old Maryana Kranz was killed last February when a pick-up truck, allegedly driven by Carl Mullenix, hit her while she was waiting for the bus.
Terms of the settlement were not disclosed. Mullenix returns to criminal court on February 2nd.
