MILWAUKEE, WI (WSAU) — Khris Middleton knocked down two big three-pointers in the closing moments and helped the Milwaukee Bucks beat the Dallas Mavericks 112-109 on Friday night at Fiserv Forum.
The Mavs had battled back from a 14 point deficit to take a one point lead with two and a half minutes left when Middleton went to work. He hit a three which gave the Bucks the lead back and then on the next possession knocked down another contested long-ball to give the Bucks some breathing room.
Giannis led the Bucks with 31 points and nine rebounds. Middleton finished with 25 points, eight rebounds and six assists. Jrue Holiday added 16 points and Brook Lopez had 11 points and 11 rebounds.
The Mavs had six players in double figures led by Luka Doncic with 28 points, nine rebounds and 13 assists.
The Bucks have won four straight to move to 9-4 on the season. They have a big game with the Brooklyn Nets in Milwaukee on Monday night.
