PHOENIX, AZ (WSAU) — The Milwaukee Brewers hit four home runs in a 12-3 shellacking of the Colorado Rockies on Friday.
Derek Fisher, Zach Green, Payton Henry and Nick Kahle went deep in the win. Fisher and Green had three RBIs each. Orlando Arcia was 2-3 with two runs scored and two RBIs.
Pointer grad Jordan Zimmerman got the win despite giving up a three-run home run to Trevor Story. Corbin Burnes was sharp with two scoreless innings that featured five strikeouts. Pointer grad JP Feyereisen pitched a scoreless inning with two strikeouts.
The Brewers, now 4-2 this spring, will play the Cubs today.
