BROOKLYN, NY (WSAU) — The Milwaukee Bucks got off to another hot start but couldn’t sustain it in the second half and dropped Game 5 of their playoff matchup in Brooklyn 114-108 on Tuesday night at Barclays Center.
Durant, who played the entire game for the Nets, had 49 points, 17 rebounds and 10 assists. Jeff Green added 27 off the bench for Brooklyn.
Milwaukee jumped out to a 29-15 first quarter lead and led by 17 in the second half when the Nets mounted their comeback.
Giannis had 34 points and 12 rebounds. Khris Middleton added 25 and Jrue Holiday had 19.
The Nets now lead the series 3-2 and Game 6 will be in Milwaukee on Thursday night.
