WAUSAU, WI (WSAU) — An arrest warrant has been issued for a Weston mother after she failed to appear in court on Friday for numerous drug and child neglect charges.
Anna Bauman did not appear in Marathon County Circut Court, triggering an arrest warrant.
The 38-year-old is facing two felony counts of neglecting a child and using a child to deliver drugs. She also faces a handful of felonies including possession of THC.

Investigators say she kept drugs near her children, including a 15-month-old child that doctors say hadn’t been seen by a medical provider in months and was failing to gain weight. Additionally, a social worker says her older child had told them he would regularly fetch marijuana vape cartridges from the front step of the home as they were delivered.
The investigation into the case began in June, charges were first brought against Bauman in late September. She had been free but was instructed to return to court on Friday for an initial appearance.
No further court action against Bauman was immediately scheduled on Friday. Though a judge did find probable cause in the case
