Wisconsin Badgers
MADISON, WI (WSAU) — The Wisconsin volleyball team swept Colgate in their first NCAA Tournament match Friday night at the Fieldhouse. The scores were 25-12, 25-15 & 25-14.
The Badgers tallied seven service aces in the match including three from Lauren Barnes. Barnes also added a match high 18 digs.
Dana Rettke had 14 kills while Devyn Robinson and Anna Smrek added eight each.
The Badgers will face Florida Gulf Coast, who upset Texas Tech, tonight at the Fieldhouse at 6pm. It’s being streamed on ESPN+.
The #1 ranked Wisconsin womens hockey team suffered their first loss of the season as Minnesota won 3-2 on Friday at LaBahn Arena.
Casey O’Brien and Maddi Wheeler had the Badger goals.
The Badgers, now 15-1-1, will face the Gophers this afternoon at 3pm.
The Wisconsin mens basketball team hosts Marquette today…pre-game show at 10:30 am on WSAU.
The Badger womens basketball team plays at Northwestern on Sunday.
