MARSHFIELD, Wis. (WSAU) — Marshfield police are investigating the death of a 36-year-old woman. Police Lieutenant Darren Larson says the woman was found at about 8:00 a.m. in an apartment in the 800 block of South Central Avenue Thursday.
He says lifesaving measures were attempted, but the woman had already expired.
There was no indication of suicide. The Wood County Coroner is conducting an autopsy.
The name of the woman is being withheld until relatives have been contacted.
