WAUSAU, Wis (WSAU) Four of the five concerts for this summer’s Wisconsin Valley Fair have been announced.
The fair opens on Tuesday, August 2nd with Canadian rock band Thousand Foot Krutch.
Country up-and-comer Kelsey Ballerini headlines the grandstand on Wednesday, August 3rd.
Classic rock legends Cheap Trip from Rockford, Illinois will perform on Thursday, August 4th.
Country star Joe Diffie plays on Saturday, August 6th.
The Action Auto Demolition Derby is scheduled for the fair’s closing day, Sunday, August 7th.
The featured entertainer for Friday, August 5th won’t be announced until early May.
All of the grandstand concerts are free with regular fair admission. A limited number of reserved seats in front of the stage go on sale March 11th at 8am.
The 148th Wisconsin Valley Fair at Marathon Park in Wausau runs from August 2 through August 7.
