Wisconsin Badgers
MADISON, WI (WSAU) — The Wisconsin shooters went cold in the first half and the #14 ranked Michigan State Spartans beat the #8 ranked Badgers 86-74 in a mens basketball matchup on Friday night at the Kohl Center.
The loss ended a 7 game Badger winning streak.
Wisconsin was just 9-32 in the first half and trailed at the break 42-26. The Badgers got to within six with around 10 minutes to play but that was as close as they could get.
Johnny Davis had 25 points and Brad Davison added 22.
Wisconsin is next in action on Tuesday at Nebraska.
The Wisconsin womens basketball team hosts Penn State on Sunday.
