WAUSAU, WI (WSAU) — Bull’s Eye Credit Union’s merger with Connexus is nearly complete.
As of Monday morning, anyone with a Bull’s Eye debit card can have them shredded and switch over to using the Connexus debit card they were issued a few weeks ago. Bulls Eye credit cards remain active and will be replaced as they expire.
Customers with check blanks from Bull’s Eye can continue to use them until the end of September 2019 but can order new Connexus checks at any time. Direct Deposits should continue uninterrupted but may require verification of account or routing numbers.
Most Bull’s Eye customers won’t notice any major changes, as much of the work to merge the financial institutions has been done behind the scenes.
Bull’s Eye and Connexus agreed to a merger in April, with members voting to approve the merger in May. The new Connexus Credit Union boasts over 323,000 members with locations from Wausau to Stevens Point and Wisconsin Rapids.
