WAUSAU, Wi (WSAU) — Some serious charges against a Marathon County Jail inmate were dismissed earlier this month.
An inmate had accused Javon J. Grayson-Morrow of Milwaukee of attacking him. Grayson-Morrow was charged November 19th with second degree sexual assault and battery in the incident that allegedly happened in October.
A Marathon County judge dismissed the charges against Grayson-Morrow without prejudice earlier this month which means they can be filed again later.
Grayson-Morrow was convicted later on a endangering-safety charge while a number of drug charges were dismissed. There was a withheld sentence ordered that includes four years probation.
No reason was given for the dropping of the sex assault charges
