TOWN OF FREMONT, WI (WSAU-WAOW) A Mosinee woman was killed in an Thursday night crash in the Town of Fremont.
The Waupaca County Sheriff’s Department responded to the scene of the crash on Highway 10 at approximately 9:00 p.m. Officials say the 59-year-old woman pulled in front of a stop sign when she was hit by a van. The woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the van, a 43-year-old man, was not harmed.
No names have been released. The crash is still under investigation.
