NEENAH, WI (MetroSource-WSAU) — An Indiana man is arrested after walking more than 350 miles to Neenah to have sex with what he thought was a teenage girl.
Authorities say 32-year-old Tommy Lee Jenkins began communicating online with an FBI agent posing as a 14-year-old on October First.
Jenkins eventually decided to make the journey from Whitetown, Indiana, to Neenah on foot and was arrested when he arrived in Winnebago County on Thursday.
