Marquette Golden Eagles
MILWAUKEE, Wi (WSAU) — Greg Elliot will not spend a 6th season at Marquette. He announced Thursday he would enter the NCAA transfer portal for his final season of eligibility.
Elliot had struggled with injuries over the years but had emerged as a valuable reserve player for the Golden Eagles over the past two seasons.
Elliot played 114 games at Marquette averaging 5.6 points, 2.1 rebounds and 1.2 assists per game.
The move will open up a scholarship for Marquette.
