STEVENS POINT, WI (WSAU-WAOW) — Free drive-up COVID-19 testing starts Monday in Portage County.
Testing will be available at Portage County Health and Human Services, in the back parking lot, at 817 Whiting Avenue in Stevens Point.
Testing hours are Monday, May 11 and Tuesday, May 12 from 9:00 AM to 5 PM.
Testing is intended for people who have symptoms or who may have been exposed to COVID-19. It’s recommended that those being tested be referred by a doctor, but people who drive-up only are also eligible.
There have only been 7 confirmed COVID-19 cases in Portage County.
