Milwaukee Brewers
NEW YORK, NY (WSAU) — The New York Mets knocked off the Milwaukee Brewers 4-0 on Tuesday night at Citi Field.
Chris Bassit pitched eight shutout innings for the Mets. It was the eighth time that the Brewers have been shut out this season.
Milwaukee only managed three hits in the game. They trail St. Louis by 2 1/2 game sin the Central.
The two teams play again tonight, pre game show at 5:35 on WSAU.
