MILWAUKEE, WI (WSAU) — The Milwaukee Brewers will get back one of their injured stars this week as Freddy Peralta will return from the injured list and rejoin the team in Pittsburgh.
Manager Craig Counsell said on Sunday that Peralta’s next appearance will be with the Brewers but where and when has not been determined.
Peralta has been out since May 23rd with a right shoulder strain. He made two minor league re-hab starts last week with AAA Nashville pitching 5/1 innings with eight strikeouts and a 1.69 ERA.
The Brewers have Monday off before beginning a series in Pittsburgh on Tuesday night.
