GREEN BAY, WI (WSAU) — Green Bay Packer coach Matt LaFleur gave out some information on the four Packer players that were injured in Sunday’s loss.
Without giving out any details he said that the injury which saw linebacker Krys Barnes carted off the field with an air cast on his leg may not be as serious as first thought.
He also said that they expect Quay Walker, who left the game with a shoulder injury, would be out about a week and then should be ready to return.
He also said that he wouldn’t have updates on the injuries to cornnerback Keisean Nixon and guard Jon Runyan until Wednesday. Nixon hurt his shoulder and Runyan left with an apparent concussion.
The Packers will be back on the practice field Wednesday as they prepare for a Sunday night matchup with the Chicago Bears at Lambeau Field.
