Fans of author Michael Connelly will be happy to know that one of his main characters. Mickey Haller , will be making it to the small screen. Known as “The Lincoln Lawyer” in a number of successful novels and a movie starring Matthew McConaughey, the Haller character will be the lead role in a new series for CBS from the pen of David Kelley. You may remember Kelley for bringing us hit shows like The Practice, LA Law, Boston Legal, Ally McBeal and others. He hasnt done a broadcast network show since 2013 but has been involved with HBO's Big Little Lies and Goliath on Amazon Prime. Connelly will co-produce which is good news considering what a great job he has done sheparding his other awesome character Harry Bosch to our screens in the hit Amazon show “Bosch”. Expect the city of LA to be a main character in the show like it is in Bosch and in Connellys novels.
The last concert for Elvis Presley happened on this date in 1977 in Indianapolis. He was touring to support his last studio Lp “Moody Blue”
