MEXICO CITY (Reuters) – Electric automaker Tesla has chosen Mexico as a location to expand its operations, and Tesla head Elon Musk will speak with Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador, Mexico’s top diplomat said Friday.
Mexican Foreign Minister Marcelo Ebrard said the date of the call between Musk and Lopez Obrador would be given later Friday afternoon. He declined to name the specific location for Tesla’s Mexico expansion.
