MADISON, WI (WSAU) – The Badgers hockey team got off to a quick start against Michigan State on Saturday, scoring 3 goals in the 1st period. They never looked back in a 6-2 win.
Junior forwarded Mathieu De St. Phalle had two goals and an assist. Jack Gorniak had a goal and an assist.
The Badgers started the third period with a 4-2 lead and added two more goals.
Wisconsin goalie Jared Moe had 25 saves.

The 6th ranked Badgers women play number-1 Ohio State on Sunday at 2pm.
