PLOVER, WI (WSAU) – A Plover Kwik Trip was allegedly burglarized by 53-year-old Gary Foster of Jusdonia, Arkansas, who has been charged with stealing items valued at more than $6,000.
Foster was caught on surveillance in the early morning hours of Jan. 4 grabbing a for sale duffle bag and removing the tag. He then left the store without paying for the duffle bag. Foster returned to the store an hour later. He then takes a squeegee and stuffs it down his pants before leaving without paying for the item.
Six hours later, as captured on CCTV, he entered the store once more. He proceeded to take a second duffel bag and stuff it with electronic products. Foster continued to return numerous times throughout the night stealing various items from the store.
Foster is scheduled to be charged formally on March 27th.
